Supervised a “team” of professionals responsible for Customer service, Maintenance and Account receivables and payables. Duties included, corresponding and interacting with Board of Directors, Homeowners and contractors to develop the most cost-effective method to expedite needed repairs and concerns. Provided Capital Improvements and Reserve Studies to best serve "The Associations" needs.
